Rashida Tlaib’s latest act of anti-Semitism proves Democrats harbor these creeps, not ‘Trump’s GOP’

(TNS) Because she obviously thought it has been too long since her last act of anti-Semitism, Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) moved quickly to share a false story about the death of a Palestinian boy at the hands of a ‘herd’ of Israeli settlers.
As it turns out, the boy was, very unfortunately, found dead after an extensive search near his home, but he drowned in a cistern, not at the hands of Jewish settlers.
The boy’s death was seized upon by anti-Semitic voices online, nevertheless, which included the use of an unrelated video to claim the boy was kidnapped and summarily murdered by Israelis.
Naturally, Tlaib retweeted the claim.

It was Israeli firefighters who found him, not ‘Israeli forces assaulted search teams,’” tweeted Lahav Harkov, the diplomatic correspondent and senior contributing editor to the Jerusalem Post.

The Post reported:
US Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib retweeted a claim that “Israeli settlers” had “kidnapped and executed” a Palestinian boy. In fact the boy was found by Israeli emergency services dead in a cistern on Saturday morning after going missing on Friday. Nevertheless, some Palestinian social media accounts incited against Israel, with small clashes resulting in East Jerusalem.
A Twitter account called “Real Seif Bitar” tweeted that the boy had been kidnapped and executed and showed a video of the boy’s body being found by emergency services. The tweet claimed that the boy was kidnapped by “Israeli settlers, assaulted and thrown in a water well, was found this morning frozen to death in Beit Hanina, Jerusalem after Israeli forces assaulted search teams.”
Palestinian politician Hanan Ashrawi re-tweeted the allegation and added “the heart just shatters, the pain is unbearable, no words.” Congresswoman Tlaib then retweeted the Ashrawi tweet that included the allegations.
However Ashrawi apologized for her tweet. “My apologizes for re-tweeting something that’s not fully verified. It seems that the news of his being kidnapped is not certain.”
She also tweeted other clarifications and then appeared to delete the tweet.
Tlaib’s retweet was also was thereafter deleted but she did not apologize for spreading the false information.
Of course she didn’t apologize. That would have been the correct, non-anti-Semitic thing to do.
We keep hearing Democrats yap on about how President Trump and his legions of supporters are the real anti-Semites, but the Garbage Party not only harbors them, it encourages them through silence.
