BREAKING: Schiff In Deep After Devin Nunes Makes Official Request, Sending Schiff Letter Requesting He Testify Under Oath

By at Illicit Info OPINION Blog

Opinion| Lawrence David| Ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Devin Nunes (R-CA) has sent the committee’s chairman, Adam Schiff, a letter requesting his testimony prior to the commencement of next week’s show trial/public impeachment hearings.

Schiff is the squirrely head of the effort to impeach President Trump, appointed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi precisely because he’s a disingenuous liar who is willing to twist the law, and the evidence, to suit his needs.

Nunes has requested that Schiff provide closed-door depositions to three committees – the HPSCI, the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, and the House Oversight Committee.

By his/or his staff meeting with the whistleblower prior to the filing of his complaint, Schiff made himself a material witness in the case against the president.

That’s why he originally denied any contact with the so-called whistleblower… until the NY Times exposed that lie.

We believe it is unlikely that Schiff will agree to Nunes’ request because of the enormous risk of implicating himself as the linchpin in the latest scam impeachment effort that began the moment the Democrats took control of the House.

The most recent effort to remove President Trump is just another chapter in the Democrat-led attempt to impeach him, or drive him from office in some other way, that began before he even took office.

House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) made their plan clear within days of Trump’s election.

Then, nine days prior to Trump’s inauguration, Senator Chuck Schumer told us where the threat to the new president would come from… The Intelligence Community.

Schumer: “Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you. So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he is being really dumb to do this.”

Following that CIA outlet, The Washington Post, ran this headline as President Trump was being sworn in:

Ten days later on January 30, 2017, Mark Zaid, the current whistleblower’s attorney sent this tweet in response to President Trump’s tweet announcing Dana Boente’s appointment as acting attorney general:

At the core of each of the successive impeachment narrative is a group of attorneys known as the Lawfare Group.

They create the twisted legal arguments that activist judges, almost exclusively appointed by Clinton and Obama, rely on to overturn the intent of the Framers had in crafting the Constitution, as well as our long standing societal mores and values.

The Lawfare arguments are also driven into the public consciousness by the mainstream propaganda media representing the interests of the far-left.  (i.e. attacks on Attorney General William Barr and the Supreme Court)

If Republicans are allowed to question Schiff, there is a better chance than not that they will corner him into acknowledging his role in creating the false construct justifying the current impeachment charade.

House Republicans would force Schiff into invoking his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination or else admitting that the current HPSCI impeachment process, is the execution of a plan that was designed prior to the new Democratically-controlled House being sworn in.

The president’s phone call with Ukraine was simply used as the triggering event.  The same way that the DOJ/FBI used the “Steele” dossier to trigger the first coup attempt… even though then-CIA Director Brennan had arranged Trump to be spied on as early as 2015.
