Another fake hate crime hoax was just uncovered, and this one is especially vile.
A transgender and gay rights activist, Nikki Joly, burned down his own house, and purposefully killed five of his own pets. What kind of monster kills their own pets?
The FBI then investigated the fire as a hate crime, as the Detroit News reports:
In the prior six months, he helped open the city’s first gay community center, organized the first gay festival and, after 18 years of failed attempts, helped lead a bruising battle for an ordinance that prohibits discrimination against gays.
For his efforts, a local paper named him the Citizen of the Year.
Authorities later determined the fire was intentionally set, but the person they arrested came as a shock to both supporters and opponents of the gay rights movement. It was the citizen of the year — Nikki Joly.
Who could have ever predicted that citizen of the year Nikki Jolly would set his own house on fire? And kill his own pets in an especially brutal way?
It's about time this #NikkiJolly hate hoax is getting the richly deserved attention.
Too bad it wasn't highlighted before the 2018 midterms when Democrats could've been forced to explain their knee-jerk support for this nut. pic.twitter.com/QVI1ekVRjd

Wonder what his motive could have been? Why would a man so obviously dedicated to his community do such a horrific thing?
Two people who worked with Joly at St. Johns United Church of Christ, where the Jackson Pride Center was located, said he had been frustrated the controversy over gay rights had died down with the passage of the nondiscrimination law, according to the report.
The problem is everyone who cries hate crime is automatically believed, with the media hoping the perpetrator turns out to be a white male MAGA hat wearing Trump supporter.
You would think after all of the fake hate crime attacks the media has been busted covering since Trump won the Republican nomination that people would learn their lesson.
Sadly there’s a premium on anything that might make the President or his supporters look bad.
Good news is it almost never works out for the faker. Just ask Jussie Smollett.
Lets hope that Nikki Joly gets the justice that is deserved in this case. Anyone who can burn their own pets to death is a monster and deserves his fate.
