The Iowa college student who was allegedly abducted by a stranger while running last month in a small town was stabbed to death, investigators announced Thursday.
Preliminary autopsy results from the state medical examiner’s office determined that 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts was the victim of a homicide who died from “multiple sharp force injuries,” the Division of Criminal Investigation announced in a news release.
State medical examiner Dennis Klein said in an interview that the finding means a sharp-edged or pointed object such as a knife was used to attack Tibbetts. He declined comment on the details of her injuries, and said that his office would hire consultants, including forensic anthropologists, to analyze her remains further and make additional findings. Meanwhile the defense attorney for the scumbag Rivera is saying that calling his client an illegal alien is simply rhetoric.
“That’s your rhetoric on it, You want to jump to say they’re facts. Have these people been under oath? Have these people provided the opportunity to Cristhian to present his point of view on the matter?”
Only a pathetic human being would defend Rivera yet alone say that his murdering client gets a say in whether he is an illegal in the United States or not. The law is very balck and white on this, if you gain entry to the United States by ANY than other legal means, it is a crime and hence an illegal alien.
BROOKLYN, Iowa – The Chevy Malibu that investigators linked to Cristhian Rivera, the illegal immigrant suspected of killing Iowa college student Mollie Tibbetts, was not registered in Rivera’s name, a law enforcement source revealed to Fox News on Wednesday.
“We were able to, first of all, see what we believed to have been Mollie running on one of the streets, From that, we started to look into all the vehicles that were also captured on video and eventually identified the vehicle that was driven by Mr. Rivera. Some distinct features to the vehicle that allowed us to basically search the area for it and just happened that we were able to locate the vehicle, and subsequently identify Mr. Rivera driving the vehicle.” ~ Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation special agent Rick Rahn
Yarrabee Farms, which Rivera was employed at , stated he passed a federal E-Verify check, which is intended to maintain a database of I-9 forms and tax records of employees across the country. On Wednesday, however, co-owner and manager Dane Lang said that the farm used a different program that a family member wrongly thought was E-Verify. The farm used Social Security Administration data in the vetting process, Lang said.
Lang added that Rivera provided a state-issued photo ID and social security card.
That simply does not pass the sniff test in my book, sounds like a company covering up that they hire illegals. If that is found to be the case, shut them down.
