An massive army of federal, state and local law enforcement searching for a Schuylkill County man they call a “clear and present danger”.
Investigators say, 26-year-old Shawn Christy threatened the President’s life and it’s not the first time he threatened a public figure.
Federal law enforcement are reportedly continuing to search for a Pennsylvania man who threatened “to put a bullet” in President Trump’s head, in addition to making a death threat against a local district attorney in the Commonwealth, FOX NEWS reported.
Christy is the subject of a “large-scale” search by U.S. marshals, the FBI and the Secret Service after authorities issued an arrest warrant at his home in McAdoo, near Tamaqua — according to WFMZ-69 News.
Christy recently posted on Facebook that if Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli (D) “keep[s] it up,” the man “promise[s] to put a bullet in your head as as soon as I put one in the head of President Donald J. Trump.”
Christy also reportedly pleaded guilty to a charge of making terroristic threats against a tax collection clerk in Bangor — which lies within Morganelli’s county of Northampton. Christy lives in Schuylkill County.
“He is believed to be a clear and present danger to the immediate law enforcement community,” U.S. Marshals official Robert Clark said Wednesday, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
A large-scale search for Shawn Christy near his McAdoo home turned up nothing, 69 News reports.
The 26-year-old’s father says if he’s in the woods…good luck finding him, because he’s a survivalist with a heightened reason to go under the radar.
“With the show they put on this morning he’s going to dig in deeper, if he’s around here,” said Craig Christy.
Well, he better dig a nice big hole where he can rot.
