Cam Newton, the Carolina Panthers quarterback, has been caught on video snapping at a teenager who mocked him for losing the Super Bowl in 2016, Fox News reports.
The latest came last weekend at a 7-on-7 camp in Bradenton.
As seen on video that has since gone viral on social media, a group of kids ask the Carolina Panthers quarterback “Hey Cam, can I get a fumble?” and “What happened in the Super Bowl,” referring to the Panthers’ 24-10 loss to the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 50. Newton fumbled the ball twice and was sacked six times in the loss.
A brief, indiscernible exchange happens in between those two comment with Newton snarling at the kid and saying “You’ll do what?” Bradenton Herald.
Another asks: “What happened in the Super Bowl?”Newton responds to the boy and the two exchange some words, before the teen says: “Stop playing, I’ll fade you! You gon’ do what?”
Newton has a long history of throwing temper tantrums as well as acting like a brat to the media after losing games.
Cam Newton also spoke about the NFL protests and assured the Panthers they had his backing if they decided to join the hundreds of NFL
players who protested last week in wake of President Donald Trump’s comments.
When asked a question by Charlotte Observer journalist Jourdan Rodrigue about running routes, he said: “It’s funny to hear a female talk about routes. It’s funny.”
Newton lost his endorsement with Dannon Yogurt over his comments.
The NFL has allowed these thugs, convicts, spoiled brats and greedy players to throw temper tantrums and act completely unprofessional.
The players that protest the National Anthem, U.S. military and LEO say they are protesting “social issues” as they throw their temper tantrums and their fists in the air for “Black power”.
They are an embarrassment to the United States and the United States Military would never act out in such a manner. We as soldiers are professionals and have a code of conduct that the NFL could never live up to.
