Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) says attorneys with the open borders lobby should be prosecuted for “aiding and abetting” a caravan of hundreds of Central Americans who have arrived at the United States-Mexico border to either cross illegally or claim asylum, Breitbart reports.

The group of illegal aliens gave 12 reasons why they are seeking asylum. They include:

• Extortion
• Domestic violence
• Political unrest
• Gang threats
• Fear of crime
• Family reunification
• Gang recruitment
• Instability
• Transgender discrimination
• Violence
• Sexual abuse
• Unemployment

But “political unrest,” “fear of crime,” “family reunification,” “instability,” “violence,” and “unemployment” are not grounds for asylum in the United States..

Without further details, “extortion,” “gang threats,” and “gang recruitment” also do not make a foreign national eligible for asylum, he said.

The Democratic party and Open Borders Lobby have been and will continue to send attorneys down to the Mexico Border to “Advice” the criminals on how to act and what to say to gain entry.

“The other part to this is, you know, for those that are helping these illegals go through this aspect, you know we actually have a law — you may not like the law, it is a law until you change it — and that is aiding and abetting an illegal alien. And if you’re intentionally defying and defiling the statute, you are aiding and abetting. So what we need to do is also hold those that are actually helping — what they’re saying is help, but assisting in a crime — to be prosecuted as well. Bar complaints need to be filed. We need to get tough. And you know if we don’t get tough, we lose. And so, time is up.

So to me it seems like, why wouldn’t Attorney General Sessions claim an emergency because of the number of people coming to the border? Therefore, what he could do is go into emergency measures with the number of judges and staff to go immediately to see them and expedite the process. Once again, we need to understand the way the rules of the game is played and make sure that the law is expedited appropriately because if you don’t set the standard, the standard will be reset and reset and reset at your expense. “

It is estimated that over 600 illegal aliens arrived in the northern Mexican city of Hermosillo via train.  The caravan of illegal’s will continue on towards Tijuana and then they will head towards the California border.  California Border News

On April 11, Breitbart Texas reported that an MS-13 member joined up with a “caravan” splinter and crossed the border in the Yuma Sector.

“We questioned the members of the group and confirmed they are part of the caravan of Central American’s who are reported to be traveling to the U.S.,” Border Patrol spokesman Justin Kallinger told Breitbart Texas.

Kallinger said the MS-13 member did not claim to have started out with the original “caravan” but joined in a stash house in Mexico before crossing.

President Donald Trump has ordered DHS and Border Patrol to not allow a single illegal alien entry into the United States, RWT reported.
